Solutions for P.R.M. Persons with Reduced Mobility
Alilauro offers a dedicated free assistance service for passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility, available by reservation. Specially trained staff provide support during boarding, disembarkation and accommodation on board.

Travelling by sea can become a small adventure. In addition to the many services dedicated to families, Alilauro offers an escort assistance service for minors.
On request, children and young people can be entrusted to our onboard staff: a hostess or steward will accompany them during the journey, making sure they enjoy the experience in complete safety and peace of mind.
When conditions allow, we try to make the journey even more special with a brief greeting on the bridge.

Pets on board
Four-legged friends, and not only them, are welcome on board our vessels. We are happy to welcome all kinds of furry travel companions, because for us holidays are better when the whole family can travel together.
A dedicated ticket is required for pets.
Alilauro is also among the first shipping companies to introduce specific life jackets for pets on board, to ensure even greater safety for our small passengers too.
