Solution for PMR
Alilauro, on board its fast boats, offers a dedicated assistance service for people with disabilities or reduced mobility.
This service, completely free, is available by reservation. Specially trained personnel provide assistance during boarding, disembarkation and accommodation on board.
To use the assistance service, you must make the reservation Customer Service Alilauro within 48 hours from the date of departure. You can call 0814972206 (Napoli Beverello) or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. The office is operational from Monday to Friday from 9 to 13 and from 14 to 17.30
In addition, the Alilauro Customer Service desk is physically present at the Volaviamare - Molo Beverello building in Naples, offering a direct contact point for further information and assistance.
