Change Tickets

You can always change your ticket before the departure of the purchased ride!

There are 3 ways to do it:

– From the website (possible within 2 hours of the departure time of the ticket already in your possession):

Navigate to “BUY NOW” on our website.
Select the new ride by specifying date, stroke and number of passengers.
Select the reference stroke.
Re-enter passenger names.
Click on the “Click here to insert the replacement ticket”.
Enter the ticket code to edit.
Proceed to payment for the change.

Post Scriptum Once the change procedure has started, the system proceeds to the cancellation of the old reservation: if it is not finalized, ask for assistance at the Booking Office

– Via our Booking Office* at the number +390814972238 – selecting the inside 2 – (possible within 1 hour of the scheduled departure time of the ticket already in his possession):

Proceed as directed by our staff.
In this case you will need to pay online by credit card.

*This option is possible compatibly with office hours

– At our airport ticket offices (possible within 1 hour of the scheduled departure time of the ticket already in your possession):

Show tickets or booking code to change to our staff.
Specify the required change
Make the payment in the desired way.

The modification fees amount to € 3.00 for each ticket plus the integration of the cost difference between the rides where it exists.
