The service departs from the Touristic Coach Bus Parking at Naples Capodichino Airport. Our staff will be waiting for you with an Alilauro Shuttle sign to accompany you to the bus.
3. Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, advance booking is strongly recommended to secure your seat on the bus, especially during peak season.
4. Can I buy the shuttle ticket only, without the ferry ticket?
No, the Alilauro Shuttle service is reserved for passengers who have also purchased an Alilauro ferry ticket. The two services are integrated.
5. Is the service also available for the return trip from the port to the airport?
Yes, Alilauro Shuttle is also available for the return transfer from Molo Beverello to Capodichino Airport.
6. Are pets allowed on board?
Yes, small pets are allowed on board if kept in a carrier. For larger animals, we recommend contacting customer service.
7. Who will assist me during the journey?
