You can modify your ticket at any time before the scheduled departure of your journey !
There are 3 available options to do so:
– Online (up to 2 hours before the departure time of your ticket):
- Go to “BUY NOW” on section on our website.
- Select the new journey by choosing date, route and number of passengers.
- Select the corresponding route.
- Re-enter passenger names.
- Click on the “Click here to insert the replacement ticket”.
- Enter the code of the ticket you wish to modify.
- Complete the payment for fare adjustment.
Note
Once the change procedure has begun, the system will automatically cancel the original booking. If the modification is not completed, please contact our Booking Office for assistance.

- Our staff will assist you throughout the process.
- Payment must be made online by credit card.

– At our port ticket offices (available up to 1 hour before the scheduled departure time):
- Present your ticket or booking code to our staff.
- Specify the requested modification.
- Proceed with payment via your preferred method.
Modification Fees
A fee of €3.00 for ticket applies, in addition to any fare difference between the original and new route, if applicable.
