Sails against the sky. Vesuvius on the horizon. In 2027, Naples welcomes the Louis Vuitton 38th America’s Cup, bringing world-class sailing to a city best experienced by the sea.

The event: Naples meets the legend.

The Cup comes to Italy.

In 2027, the Bay of Naples hosts the Louis Vuitton 38th America’s Cup. For the first time, the Louis Vuitton Cup and the Match will be raced in Italy, with Vesuvius as the backdrop and the waterfront at the heart of the experience.

A story that began in 1851 meets cutting-edge sailing: foiling AC75s lift their hulls above the water and will have five sailors on board for this edition. The Louis Vuitton Cup will select the challenger to face Emirates Team New Zealand in the final Match. Youth and Women’s competitions on AC40s complete the programme.
