Change Tichekts

There are three options to edit a ticket:

On the official website www.alilauro.it (up to 2 hours before departure already purchased)

Click on “buy now” on the homepage
Select the new ride specifying date, route and number of passengers
Enter passenger names, taking care to do so identically to the previous time: for each, on the right, select the option “click to enter a replacement ticket” and Enter the code of the ticket to be changed
Proceed to the payment of the modification charges.

Call our Booking Office (up to one hour before departure already purchased)

The office is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The phone number is 0039 081 4972238: just give the reservation number and the change to be made.
Payment of charges is by credit/debit card only.

Address our ticket offices (up to one hour before departure already purchased)

Simply show the previous tickets, specify the change to be made, and proceed to pay the relevant charges.

Modification charges amount to €3.00 per ticket plus integration of the cost difference between rides where it exists.
